ATTACHMENT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Funding is provided for the following activities and deliverables <br />WISE and/or third party consultant shall provide training in regard to the <br />developmental disabilities program in Kittitas County, for capacity building with <br />information and education or employment and day service specific topics. Any <br />third party consultant will require prior written approval. <br />a. Deliverable: Completed sign in sheets for training attendees. <br />b.
