THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />BLANKET ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifles insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. Section ll - Who ls An Insured is amended to <br />include as an additional insured: <br />Any person or organization when you and such <br />person or organization have agreed in writing in a <br />contract or agreement, executed prior to any "oc- <br />currence", that such person or organization be <br />added as an additional insured on your policy. <br />Such person or organization is an additional in- <br />sured only with respect to liability for "bodily inju- <br />ry", "property damage" or "personal and adveilis- <br />ing injury" caused, in whole or in part , by: <br />L Your acts or omissions; or <br />2. The acts or omissions of those acting on your <br />behalf: <br />in the performance of your ongoing operations for <br />the additional insured, or in connection with your <br />premises owned by or rented to you. <br />A person's or organization's status as an addition- <br />al insured under this endorsement ends when <br />your contract or agreement with such person or <br />organization ends. <br />B. The Limits of lnsurance applicable to the Addi- <br />tional Insured are those specified in the written <br />contract or agreement but not more than the Lim- <br />its of lnsurance specified in the Declarations of <br />this policy. The Limits of lnsurance applicable to <br />the Additional lnsured are inclusive of and not in <br />addition to the Limits of lnsurance shown in the <br />declarations for the Named lnsured. <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />EG 20 18 10 12 <br />C. Section lV - Gommercial General Liability <br />Gonditions, Paragraph 4. Other lnsurance is <br />amended to add the following subparagraph: <br />d.
