Shutdown NOT 2:00 A.M. <br /> <br />***Fire Marshal: Contingent <br /> Mr. Ravet must obtain A separate Fire Marshal Special <br />Event application will be required for this event secondary to <br />the number of anticipated guests, stage, and temporary <br />membrane structure. The applicant must submit an <br />application with a site plan and have a fire extinguisher on <br />site. The applicant must call the inspection line to request a <br />Fire Marshal inspection 24-48 hours prior to the event when <br />the stage and tent are set up. <br /> <br /> I approve the event with the condition that they obtain the <br />Fire Marshal Special Event Permit <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval noting that the obligations are <br />met by the Fire Marshal and the County Treasurer. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Staff will notify the applicant of the Board’s decision & send <br />a copy to the Sheriff, Public Works, Public Health, Solid <br />Waste, Prosecutor, Fire Marshal, Auditor, Treasurer, Code <br />Enforcement and KITTCOM. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Special Event Application <br /> Memo’s from County departments <br /> Proof of Ins., endorsements & TR -Receipt <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor
