EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following <br />Scope of work, Per McKinstry Letter dated June 5,2020, includes equipment, labor and <br />materials to perform the following work: <br />. Engineering Services including the following: <br />o Record pre-construction supply and exhaust readings for engineering <br />calculations <br />o Provide engineering sketch of each area showing new readings and specific <br />construction notes.. Demolition of Ceiling for access to new damper locations. We have assumed these <br />are sheetrock ceilings at location of Dampers and Grilles. An allowance has been <br />included for attaching plywood sheeting to cover the access while our team is not <br />present. <br />. Cqncrete Cutting has been included for (3) locations to route the 10" exhaust duct <br />from the Booking Area to the exterior of the building. <br />. New Exhaust System has the following items included in our budget: <br />. 500 cfm Exhaust Fan <br />o 10" duct from Grille to exterior of building <br />o Flashing and sealing of wallpenetrations <br />o Air Balance of system <br />' Volume Damper installation on the 2nd floor for control of each of the "Negative <br />PressureZones" <br />. Air balance of exhaust system on the 2nd floor. <br />EXCTUSTONS <br />. Electrical work of any nature <br />. Motor replacement if needed for new air volumes <br />. Dedicated makeup air unit <br />. Sales, Use and B&O tax <br />. Hazardous materials assessment, removal, or disposal <br />. Any work not specifically noted as included in this proposal <br />. Overtime, double time and shift premiums <br />. Unforeseen and hidden conditions <br />. Performance and payment bonds <br />.
