<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Emergency Services <br /> <br />Should an emergency arise, Camtek personnel will asses the situation either by phone or remote diagnostics, or <br />both, and will determine the required course of action with the CUSTOMER. <br /> <br />This initial phone response will be provided within one (1) hour of receipt of call by the CUSTOMER <br /> <br />On-Site Response Time: If it is determined that a site visit is required, Camtek personnel will arrive at the affected <br />premises within 4 hours of the request of the CUSTOMER. <br /> <br />Emergency Services provided under this agreement will be reimbursable by the CUSTOMER to Camtek at then <br />current Camtek published service labor rates and standard service char ges (Minimum Labor Charge, Vehicle <br />Charges, Round Trip Travel Time, Mileage, etc…) unless specifically included under this Agreement and/or selected <br />below. <br /> <br />Emergency Service will be provided during the following periods and in accordance with Camtek published Service <br />Labor Rates or as stated in the Special Provisions Section of this Agreement: <br /> <br /> Standard: Camtek will provide Emergency Service Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM excluding <br />evenings and weekends, city, state, federal and Camtek observed holidays. Standard Emergency Service <br />rates are $ 140.00 per hour Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After Hours Emergency Service <br />rates are $ 210.00 per hour on any call not during regular business between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM <br />weekdays and all weekend. All After Hours Emergency Service are billed as a two hour minimum in addition <br />to travel time. After Hours Emergency Service for Holidays is billed at $ 280.00 per hour with a 2 hour <br />minimum. Labor for travel time is not included under this Agreement. Travel Time is charged at a rate of <br />$.58 per mile for mileage and $ 85 Per Hour (per Journeyman) for Drive Time. Camtek will provide a <br />response time as stated and agreed to above. <br /> <br />List of Equipment Covered Under This Agreement: <br /> <br />All items manufactured by Galaxy Control Systems and installed (since 2005) by Camtek as related to the access <br />control system including but not limited to card readers, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, Altronix power <br />supplies and door lock hardware. Also included is the Magicard Rio 2 Dye Sublimation Printer. Replacement of back <br />up batteries every 3 years or as required to keep the systems functioning correctly. Attached is a hardware summary <br />of the Galaxy Equipment. <br /> <br />Fire Alarm system installed by Camtek located at the Ump tanum Road Facility in 2009. Including but not limited to <br />(1) Silent Knight 5808 control panel, associated annunciator, power supplies, manual pull stations, smoke detectors, <br />heat detectors, duct detectors, horn/strobes, and fire alarm relays. Replacement of back up batteries every 3 years or <br />as required to keep the systems functioning correctly. <br /> <br />ONSSI Video Surveillance System install by Camtek 2010. Including but not limited to Cisco 8 port managed <br />Ethernet switch, ONSSI Video Software and IP cameras and PoE injectors, and power supplies. Attached is a list of <br />cameras and locations. <br /> <br />Bosch D9412G control panel installed by Camtek in 2010. Including but not limited to Bosch command center, octo - <br />relay module, DX4020 Ethernet module, motion detectors doors contacts, and Bosch Galaxy Alarm Interface. <br />Replacement of back up batteries every 3 years or as required to keep the systems functioning correctly. <br /> <br />Software maintenance for the Galaxy Access Control System and ONSSI Video Surveillance System as installed and <br />maintained by Camtek. <br />
