She looked through the files but did not see one. <br />• Insurance projects are all done and look good <br />• Western Village gates: Rodeo Board will cover the cost; we will install them. <br />• Commissioner Wachsmith asked if there were any grant possibilities to help deal with the <br />flooding. <br />o Per Kady, the city is working on grant possibilities <br />o Flood waters went down both sides of the arena track <br />o Flooding caused asphalt damage <br />• There has been lots of interest from the state parks department on the land swap along the <br />John Wayne Pioneer Trail. So far everything is positive. <br />6. Discuss KVEC Temporary Positions <br />There is currently 1 open seasonal position. Kady would like to possibly hire two temps for 90 <br />days (1 office and 1 outside) to get through the summer. It would be budget friendly (save on <br />benefits).
