EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall provide full <br />compensation to the Contractor in an amount for services outlined in Exhibit "A" — Scope <br />of Work. As Exhibit "A" — Scope of Work outlines an estimate, both parties realize there <br />may be adjustments to labor hours that may affect the final invoice. <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14 <br />
