McKinstry employs an integrated services <br />model to deliver thousands of building solutions across the Puget Sound. We are excited to apply our experience <br />at developing and executing a variety of projects to address your current needs. We were asked to provide <br />pricing for the Negative Pressure Zones — EF -3 Replacement for the Kittitas County Jail. Below are the project <br />details and our recommendations. <br />REFERENCED DOCUMENTS <br />• EF -3 Nameplate <br />CLARIFICATIONS <br />• All work is based on having free access to the areas within the scope of work. No additional provisions <br />have been included in the budget for multiple mobilizations. Every effort will be made to limit the <br />amount of disruption. <br />Work is to be performed during the following working hours (M -T; 6am-4:30pm) <br />• Proposal is for EF -3 replacement <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Our scope of work includes equipment, labor and materials to perform the following work: <br />• EF -3 replacement <br />• Additional ductwork to connect existing ductwork to existing fan curb <br />• Electrical disconnect of old EF -3 and reconnect of new EF -3 <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />• Controls tie-in to existing Allerton system <br />• Motor replacement if needed for new air volumes <br />• Dedicated makeup air unit <br />• Sales, Use and B&O tax <br />• Hazardous materials assessment, removal, or disposal <br />• Any work not specifically noted as included in this proposal <br />CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY <br />1 <br />GL <br />/e 0/Your Building <br />
