McKinstry employs an integrated services <br />model to deliver thousands of building solutions across the Puget Sound. We are excited to apply our experience <br />at developing and executing a variety of projects to address your current needs. We were asked to provide <br />pricing for the Negative Pressure Zones — Ceiling and Roofing Repairs. Below are the project details and our <br />recommendations. <br />CLARIFICATIONS <br />• All work is based on having free access to the areas within the scope of work. No additional provisions <br />have been included in the budget for multiple mobilizations. Every effort will be made to limit the <br />amount of disruption. <br />• Work is to be performed during the following working hours (M -T; 6am-4:30pm) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Our scope of work includes subcontractor management of labor and materials to perform the following work: <br />Ceiling Repair: <br />• Layout and all light gauge metal framing and drywall with glue on acoustical ceiling tile similar to <br />existing, stocking and scrapping, hoisting, coordination with other trades and daily clean up. <br />Roofing Repair: <br />• Repair existing roofing ^'36"x36" area with like materials <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />• Ceiling Repair: Stucco, plaster, insulation, doorframes, temporary barricades, temporary power, heat, <br />water, ventilation, wood products, demolition, overtime <br />• Sales, Use and B&O tax <br />• Hazardous materials assessment, removal, or disposal <br />• Any work not specifically noted as included in this proposal <br />• Overtime, double time and shift premiums <br />• Unforeseen and hidden conditions <br />IIIV <br />try CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY <br />1 <br />Life Of Your Building <br />
