This document is o revision to the <br />previously odopted 2016 Porks, Recreotion, ond Open Spoces Plon (PROS), os well os the <br />Kittitqs County Tourism Plon, thot outline the County's recreotionol demond ond proposed <br />implementotion octions found to ottroct ond benefit tourists os tourism is o moior economic <br />development obiective ond opportunity for Kittitos County. <br />fhe 2O2l Kittitos County Porks, Recreotion, ond Open Spoce Plon (PROS) is orgonized in two <br />ports. Port One oddresses recreotion elements thot ore now being torgeted for leqd oction by <br />the County (Troil Systems, Resource Porks ond Speciol Purpose Focilities) ond includes the role the <br />County is expected to ploy in sirotegicolly implementing oll elements of the Recreotion ond <br />Tourism Plon. Port One contoins priority oction items expected to be implemented by Boord <br />employees using County finonciol ond humon resources.
