Anticipated Milestone Dates and Tasks: July 30, 2021 - Deadline for SOQ submittals August ll,202l - Selection of Firms to Interview August 17,2021 - Interviews and Reference Checks August 24,2021 - Selection of firms and prepare contracts September 7,2021- BOCC Award of Contracts The above noted schedule is tentative and may be changed based on the number of proposals submitted. Proposals will be evaluated immediately with final selection targeted for early September 2021 . AGREEMENT OF SERVICES: The selected consultant(s) will be expected to enter into a Standard Local Agency A & E Professional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate Consultant Agreement. Insurance requirements are included in that agreement. The contract period shall be September 2021 through December 2022. Kittitas County reserves the right to accept or reject one or more proposal(s) or any items or part thereof or to waive any information or irregularities in the proposals. Kittitas County shall have the sole discretion to determine the most responsible proposal.
