SpaceForce: The built environment can directly affect the success of the organization and the ability for businesses to settle in the community. Therefore, this committee must assess the current state of the board's assets and plan for future ownership, usage, and upkeep, while developing data-driven analysis that informs capital development and acquisition decisions.. Current facilities: Conduct analysis of the airport and incubator facilities to determine future needs, cash flow for investment in other development, rental rates, and need for repairs and maintenance..
