Minimum Qualifications: <br />. 5+ years providing MAT to patients in an Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) setting, <br />r Staff experience with correctional medicine and correctional healthcare partners. <br />o 1+ year of experience providing MAT to inmates in correctional facilities. <br />r Experience providing 24/7 on call consultation to jails and medical oversight fo providers, <br />nurses, and medical assistants conducting MAT related activities inside of the jail. <br />r Ability to accept new patients at outpatient clinics within 72 hours of release, <br />r A currently established or comrnitment to establish an outpatient clinic in Ellensburg, WA. <br />r Presuilptive and definitive internal laboratory operations to rapidly diagnose and treat opioid <br />use disorder {OUD), alcohol use disorder {AUD), mental health disorders, Hepatitis C, and <br />sexually transrnitted infections (STI), <br />r Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance in addition to self-pay at clinics. <br />r Must have significant X-DEA/Buprenorphine Waiver capacity. <br />r Evidence of corporate financial stability and experience with rapid operational expansion. <br />c Actively networked with eommunity-based ar ganizations state-wide. <br />Screening <br />Curent Kittitas County Sheriff s Office staff collect urine samples from individuals entering <br />the jail per standard intake protocol. Currently inmates are referred to the Hub and Spoke <br />treatrnent as resources allow. Under the proposed project, all inmates will be screened for a <br />possible OUD concem would be referred to the MAT partner organization, The MAT partner <br />organizatian staff will begin with a general assessment for all substance use disorders (SUDs) <br />utilizing MDA validated screening tools fNIDA quick screen, NIDA Modified ASSIST).
