RESOLUTION NO. 2020- <br />A RESOLUTION adopting the City of Ellensburg r s Six -Year Transportation <br />Improvement (STIP) Plan for the years 2021 to 2026, inclusive, as recommended <br />to the City Council by the Public Works and Utilities Department. <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the Plan was held before the Ellensburg <br />City Council on June 15, 2020 in the manner required by RCW 35.77.010; <br />WHEREAS, the STIP has been updated for 2021-2026 in accordance with <br />the State requirements; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of <br />Ellensburg, Washington as follows: <br />Section 1. That the Six -Year Transportation Improvement Plan, attached <br />hereto, for street and arterial street improvements for the years 2021 to 2026, <br />inclusive, as now filed with the City Council of the City of Ellensburg, be and the <br />same is hereby approved and adopted. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Ellensburg this 15th day of <br />June, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />148 <br />
