Proposals will be <br />evaluated immediately with final selection targeted for early September 2021. <br />AGREEMENT OF SERVICES: <br />The selected consultant(s) will be expected to enter into a Standard Local Agency A & E Professional Services Negotiated <br />Hourly Rate Consultant Agreement. Insurance requirements are included in that agreement.
