This project completes all revitalization efforts for the westernmost block of the Downtown Revitalization corridor. Completion of Phase 3A will bring to life in the built environment an entire City block of the City's revitalization vision previously expressed in pen -and -ink concept drawings. Attached to the application is a map showing the location of the proposed improvements and conceptual design. Our total request for Phase 3A of the First Street Downtown Revitalization project is $450,460. As a small community with limited resources, it is critical we maintain our existing transportation infrastructure, expand opportunities for the community to choose walking and bicycling for nearby daily trips, and make those expanded opportunities safe and visible. Cie Elum has greatly benefitted from Kittitas County grant programs and your consideration of this application is truly appreciated. Let's keep the momentum going!
