Adequate back-up documentation is submitted with the payment <br />rcquest, <br />To be eligible for CDBG funding, all costs mnst be allowable under federal <br />cost plinciples and CDBG regulations, and identified in grant application's <br />project budget as to be fi:nded by CDBG <br />The local govemrnent grantee must complete the applicable envhonmental <br />review procedures depending on the type ofproject: <br />1, Activities ck:curnctlcd by the grantee, and confirmed by Commerce, as <br />exempt or Categorically Excluded and wi.thoU! inrpgclto 24 CFR 58.5 <br />laws, historical structures or culturaliy sensitive land may proceed with <br />commitment of CDBG and non-CDBG funds. <br />2.
