<br />As used throughout this Grant, the following terms shall have the meanlng set forth below:A' "Authorized Represenlative" shall mean lhe Director and/or the designee authorlzed in writing toact on the Dlrector's behalf.
<br />B. "COMMERCE', shall rnean the Deparlment of Comrnerce.
<br />c' "Grant" or "Agreement" means the entire writtsn agreemenr befueen coMMERcE and theGrantee, including any altachments, documents, or malerials incorporated by referonce. E-mail orfacsimile transmission of a signed copy of this crant srrarr oe tlie same as delivery of an original.D' "Grantee" shallmean the entity idenlified on the face sheet performing service(s) under this Grant,and shall include all employees and agents of the Grantee.
<br />E' "Personal lnformalion" shall mean information.identifiable to any person, including, but not limitedto, information that relates to a person's name, heallh, nnances, 6cucation, busineCs, use or receiptof governmental services or other activities,. aoor'eJses, Erepnone numbers, social securitynumbers, driver license numbers, other identlfying numbers, anu'rny flnanclal identifiers,F.
