The contractor shall secure and maintain in effect at all times during performance of the work suchinsurance as will protect contractor, its support and the Additional insured,s from all claims, losses,harm' costs' liabilities, damages and expenses arising out of personal injury (including death) or propertydamage that may result from performance of the wJrk or tt,i, ngr""rent, whether such performance isby Contractor or any of its Support.
