Cie Elum Downtown Association via email: <br />Hi Nicole, <br />To set the framework for my questions — this is my first time involved in this plan, so I may have <br />questions / thoughts that were addressed in 2016. Basically, it's a very comprehensive plan. I <br />don't have any results based information to compare with this plan that would allow me to <br />suggest any changes. However, I did have a couple of questions. <br />Pg 3 Inventory assets — including existing public and private open spaces, park and <br />recreation facilities, and recreational services that have been developed to -date by <br />Roslyn, Cie Elum, Ellensburg, Kittitas County, Washington State, and private non-profit and <br />for- profit organizations (If this is a comprehensive plan for Kittitas County, why is this not <br />going to Hyak or to Vantage? For future planning, extending those boundaries and <br />indicating that additional areas will be survey to begin the assessment process for <br />additional resources that would strength and support a County -wide Parks, Recreation <br />and Open Spaces plan. <br />Where and how was the Recreation and Tourist Demand survey's conducted? How was the <br />local data reported? I'm asking because it would be interesting to compare survey results <br />(if you are administering them again) by the some sectors. It might also be interesting to <br />compare response change / rate / interest — to see where change and interest have <br />happened.
