6/07/2021 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FISH COMMUNITY FOOD BANK PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved approve a Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to <br />provide Out-of-Home Services to provide grocery and/or prepared meal <br />delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at their <br />place of residence through June 25th, 2021. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT BOWLING ALLEY SUB-COM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright requested that we wait to consider appointing <br />members to the Committee, to allow for time to develop what the <br />Committee would do since there are no RFP’s to do. He said the work <br />is changing so we need to develop what they are doing. Staff was <br />directed to put it on the Solid Waste Study Session. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. The assignments for 2021 were <br />determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting <br />on 1-11-2021. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of June 7, 2021 they would post on <br />their Facebook Post the Burn Ban information from the Fire Marshal, <br />as well as the Airport video if it’s completed. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:32 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Brett Wachsmith, Chairman
