ATTACHMENT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Workshop Outline <br />Contractor to develop and execute 1-day workshop with BOCC on June 2nd,2021. <br />Proposed workshop to be based on a process known as EOS (Entrepreneur Operating <br />System). <br />The EOS system has six key components. Vision, data, people, issues, process, and traction <br />Vision. A common problem of many groups or organization is that more than one <br />vision (or different perceptions of the one vision) exists. A clear vision reduces <br />mistakes, repeated actions, contradictory actions, or wasted actions.) <br />People. Confusion can happen if not everyone agrees on who does what. The EOS <br />system helps clarify individual roles and responsibilities and provides methods for <br />holding individuals accountable for their responsibilities. <br />Data. Data helps you see things objectively. lt eliminates assumptions, guesses, <br />emotions, and egos. The system includes methods and measurables to help track <br />progress. <br />lssues. These are the things that need to be improved, fixed, or changed. The <br />EOS system helps develop an issues list and issues solving track. <br />Process. \Mthin the EOS system, the idea is to have standard core processes that <br />everyone understands and has agreed to. lt focuses on documenting the processes, <br />looking for efficiency, exploring the best way to do things, and checking on the value <br />added for each step. <br />Traction. ln EOS, traction means "pedal to the medal" and getting things done. Are <br />people accountable? Do things get done? ls there a focus on discipline, execution, <br />accountability?
