EXHIBIT B <br />Items Considered to be Seller's Personal Property <br />For the avoidance of doubt, the following items, some of which are fixtures, are defined as the <br />Seller's Personal Property and are not part of the Subject Property. <br />- Irrigation System <br />- Electrical panel located east of Stone Road and north of the single-family residence located <br />at 1030 Stone Road <br />Man-made rock and gravel piles Iocated immediately west of Stone Road <br />- All appliances (including the electric stove, wood stove, and microwave) located in the <br />single-family residence located at 1030 Stone Road <br />The electrical panel, vacuum hose system, wood stove, ceiling fans, and all shelving, <br />cabinets, and work benches (whether attached or not) Iocated in the 22 -foot x 62 -foot utility <br />shed located south of the end of Stone Road <br />- Everything attached to the floor or adjacent to or attached to the walls including the <br />electrical panel, stainless steel sink, plumbing fixtures, shelving, cabinets, work benches <br />and appliances (including the refrigerator, hot water heater, and baseboard heater) located <br />in the small building attached to the northwest corner of the 60 -foot x 220 -font utility <br />building located south / southwest of the end of Stone Road, along with the fencing <br />surrounding the garden west of this utility building <br />13 <br />
