KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />i�Ili;�LlT]`I17T, r\ <br />AGENDA DATE: June 1, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to authorize the Selection <br />of Wildland Inc. for Spring Creek Planting Services and <br />authorize the Public Works Director to sign the <br />professional services agreement. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Public Works advertised a request for <br />proposals for Spring Creek Planting Services. Submittals <br />were due by May 14, 2021. Public Works received one (1) <br />qualified proposal. An internal Public Works review team <br />reviewed the proposal and determined that the proposal was <br />well qualified. <br />This activity will occur in the fall of 2021 and is funded by <br />the Yakima Basin Integrated Plan. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to authorize the selection of <br />Wildlands, Inc. for Spring Creek Planting services and <br />authorize the Public Works Director to sign the <br />professional services agreement. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution <br />LEAD STAFF: Arden Thomas, Water Resource Manager. <br />
