BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSI1 <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021 - <br />AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE VANTAGE HIGHWAY PAVEMENT AND <br />GUARDRAIL PROJECT CRP 298-19, AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The call for sealed bids supporting the Vantage Highway Pavement and <br />Guardrail Project was authorized by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />on April 26, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids in accordance with RCW <br />36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on May 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Kittitas County <br />Department of Public Works; and <br />WHEREAS: Four (4) qualified bids were received with the lowest bid from Interstate <br />Concrete and Asphalt in the amount of $3,447,921.00.
