Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />At 9:25 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes, with Mark Cook and Neil <br />Caulkins to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. The assignments for 2021 were <br />determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting <br />on 1-11-2021. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of May 17, 2021 they didn’t have <br />any “new” topics to publish. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br />
