Srp,ssl Amendment to Professional services Agreement Amendment No.: 2 Project No.: 200064 I)ate: January 4,2A21 Client: City of Ellensburg Project Name Reecer Creek Floodplain Mapping and Levee Certification Support Services Ploject Description of Amendment Cost Aspect Consulting, analysis and design LLC (Aspect) is providing this Amendrnent No. 2 to provide services to facilitate levee certification for the City of Ellensburg (Client). See Attachrnent I for the Amendment No. 2 Scope of Services. This amendment revises the Professional services Agreement between Aspect and the City (dated Februzry 7,t',2020): l. The Exhibit A Scope of Work provided under Section 2 of the original Agreement is amended to include the extra work services shown in Attachment 1 to this amendment. 2. The Time of Performance section 3 and schedule Edribit B is extended by one year, through February 26,2022. 3. The Payment Section 4.1 and Exhibit C ofthe original Agreement is amended to update the Consultants standard rate schedule to that shown in Attachrnent 2 to this amendment. 4. A Management Reselve Fund (Task 5) of $11,000 is established per Section 4.7 of the original Agreement. 5. The Maximum Compensation Section 5.1 of the original Agreement is fufther amended to increase by $81,637. Amendrnent 1 increased the original amount to $30,000, which is further increased to $111,637 by this amendment. 6. The Budget for Each Task Section 5.2 and Exhibit D of the original Agreement is amended to include the budget shown in Attachment 3. AmendmentNo.2 Cost: $81,637 Total Revised Agreement Section 5 and Exhibit D Cost: $111,637 AmendmentNo.2 Services Will Be Billed on a Time and Materials Basis according to the Rate Schedule included as Attactunent 2 to this Amendment. This change amends the agreement between Aspect Consulting, LLC & the City of Ellensburg dated 7tt',2020. Except as amended above, all terrns and conditions ofthe agreement apply to this cintract February change.
