Kittitas County was unable to host traditional <br />open houses and publicforums. ln lieu of these public participation opportunities, Kittitas <br />County used the SMP website to distribute information regarding draft versions of the SMP. <br />background information related to the SMP update, and comment period timelines. These notices were <br />sent to all RSS registered email addresses with Kittitas County and stakeholders. Kittitas County <br />also sent out four press releases to news media, all RSS registered email addresses with Kittitas <br />County, and stakeholders.
