Add language <br />regarding DOE's periodic <br />review procedures, as <br />outlined in the checklist <br />guideline 2017(H). <br />Updated <br />This amendment proposes to update KCC 178.01.050 Public lnvolvement Process to add <br />language clarifying the scope and process for conducting periodic reviews. Ecology <br />recommends adding the following sentence: "Kittitas County conducted the periodic review <br />process consistent with the requirements of RCW 90.58.080 and WAC 173-26-090.' <br />Amendments to the public information and outreach processes is also being proposed to reflect <br />the public participation plan undertaken for the 2021 periodic review.
