NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, does hereby adopt the amendments to Title 18 of Kittitas County Code as shown in <br />the attached Exhibit A, effective May 18, 2021. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is charged with correcting <br />any scrivener’s errors it notices and determines arose out of the amendment and enactment <br />process.
