The removal of invasive or <br />noxious weeds does not constitute significant vegetation removal. Tree pruning, not including tree <br />topping where it does not affect ecological functions, does not constitute significant vegetation <br />removal. (Ord. 2016-006, 2016) <br /> <br />17B.02.485 State master program. <br />"State master program" means the cumulative total of all shoreline master programs and <br />amendments thereto approved or adopted by rule by the Washington State Department of Ecology. <br />(Ord. 2016-006, 2016) <br /> <br />17B.02.490 Structure. <br />"Structure" means a permanent or temporary edifice or building, or any piece of work artificially built <br />or composed of parts joined together in some definite manner, whether installed on, above, or <br />below the surface of the ground or water, except for vessels. Type Np streams do not meet the physical criteria of a Type F <br />stream.
