When <br />consistent with the context, words used in the present tense shall include the future; the singular <br />shall include the plural, and the plural the singular. Definitions established by WAC 173 have been <br />incorporated herein; and should these definitions in the WAC be amended, the most current WAC <br />definition shall apply.
