BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021 - <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON CONTY ROAD <br />ADMINISTRATION BOARD PROJECT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 <br />FOR VANTAGE HIGHWAY, CRP 298-19 <br />WHEREAS: Through the Rural Arterial Program (RAP) the County Road Administration <br />Board (CRAB) previously allocated $1,307,860 from Rural Arterial Trust <br />Account (RATA) funding towards the County project to improve Vantage <br />Highway; and <br />WHEREAS: CRAB has increased the total funding allocation amount to $2,635,000 <br />towards the project; and <br />WHEREAS: CRAB requires the Board of County Commission Chairman to sign the <br />Project Agreement amendment on behalf of the full Board; and <br />WHEREAS: The additional funding offsets financial impact to the County Road Fund <br />(106); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on <br />County Road Administration Board Project Agreement amendment <br />authorizing a total of $2,635,000 in Rural Arterial Trust Account funding <br />towards the Vantage Highway Improvement project, County Road Project <br />Number 298-19. <br />DATED on this 18th day of May 2021, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, <br />WASHINGTON <br />Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
