Workers'CompensationinamountsrequiredbylawStopGap/EmployersLiabilityCoveragelimitsnotlessthan:•$1,000,000eachaccident•$1,000,000disease-policylimit•$1,000,000disease--eachemployee•Thirty(30)dayswrittennoticetotheCountyofcancellationoftheinsurancepolicy.OProfessionalLiabilityTheContractorand/oritsSubcontractorand/oritsconsultantprovidingprofessionalservicesshallprovideevidenceofProfessionalLiabilityInsurancecoveringprofessionalerrorsandomissions.Suchpolicymustprovidethefollowingminimumlimits:•$1,000,000perclaim•$2,000,000annualaggregate•Ifinsuranceisonaclaims-madeform,itsretroactivedate,andthatofallsubsequentrenewals,shallbenolaterthantheeffectivedateofthisAgreement.PollutionLiabilityTheContractorshallprovideaPollutionLiabilitypolicy,providingcoverageforclaimsinvolvingbodilyinjury,propertydamage(includinglossofuseoftangiblepropedythathasnotbeenphysicallyinjured),cleanupcosts,remediation,disposalorotherhandlingofpollutants,includingcostsandexpensesincurredintheinvestigation,defense,orsettlementofclaimsarisingoutof:•Contractor'soperationsrelatedtothisproject;and/or•Remediation,abatement,repair,maintenanceorotherworkwithlead-basedpaintormaterialscontainingasbestos;and/or•TransportationofhazardousmaterialsawayfromanysiterelatedtothisprojectSuchPollutionLiabilitypolicyshallprovidethefollowingminimumcoverage:•$perclaim•$annualaggregateOPropedyDamageTheContractorshallprovideapolicythatcoversdamagetoKittitasCountyfacilities,includingbuildings,equipment,grounds,etc.Suchpolicyshallprovidethefollowingminimumcoverage:•$peroccurrenceOUmbrellaCoverageProfessionalSenricesAgreement(rev.09/24/2018)Page16of17
