TIMBER VALLEY 1 <br />COUNTY ROAD VACATION LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />That portion of the Plat of Timber Valley 1, recorded in Book 6 of Plats at Page 3, under <br />Auditor's File No. 381784, records of Kittitas County Washington, described as follows: <br />All that portion of Nelson Creek Road, Timber Valley Road and Little Creek Road <br />located between centerline and the roadside face of Lots 87, 88, 89, 90, 100, 101, 102, <br />and 103 of said plat. The terminal lines to be drawn perpendicular to road centerline <br />except for lot 100, where the terminal line runs from centerline angle point to Northwest <br />corner of right of way.
