WEMS'dWISCENTERPRISEMANAGEMENTSYSTEMGrantRequirementsAcknowledgementFormforHighVisibilityEnforcement(HVE)MobilizationsWEMSID:202l-HVE-4053-Regionl2TargetZeroTaskForceBeforebeginningworkonthisgrantproject.thegranteeProjectManagershouldthoroughlyreadandunderstandthetermsoftheInteragencyAgreement(lAA).ThisGrantRequirementsAcknonledgementFormprovidesanexplanationofsomekeytermsandhighlightsbutisnotcomprehensive.IftheProjectManagerhasquestionsafterreviewingthisdocument,pleaserefertotheWTSCGrantsManagementManual.orcontacttheWTSCProgramManagerassignedtothisgrant.Whenyou.thegrantProjectManager.agreetothisdocument.youcertifythatyouunderstandthegrantrequirementsandagreetofullycomplywiththetermsandconditionssetforthintheAgreement/Contract,aswellasadditionalfederalrequirementsoutlinedintheCodeofFederalRegulationsforFederalGrantsandAgreements.asreferencedbelow.IfanythinginthisdocumentconflictswiththeAgreement/Contract.theAgreement/Contracttakesprecedence.Beforeyoubeginwork,youmusthave:•AfullyexecutedIAAorcontractsignedbybothparties.•AttestedtotheGrantReguirementsAcknowledgmentForm(thisdocument).WorAcannotbeginbeforethestartdateontheIAA,orbeforetheIAAissignedbyallparties.WTSCwillonlyreimburseexpensesincurredaftertheIAAisfullyexecuted.SelectContractProvisions:•StatementofWork:Thissummarizestheworktobedoneforthisgrant.Ifthischangessignificantly.thegranteewillneedtorequestachangeinWEMS,andanlAAamendmentmayberequired.•HighVisibilityEnforcement(HVE)OperationalRequirements:ThespecificHVErequirementslistedintheScopeofWorkareextremelyimportanttothesuccessofthehighvisibilityenforcementstrategy.ALLoftheserequirementsmustbefollowed.•WEMSDigitalActivityLog:WTSCrequiresallagenciesparticipatinginhighvisibilityenforcementtousetheWEMSsystemtodocumenttheactivityofallparticipatingofficers.AnofficercannotparticipateiftheydonothaveaWEMSaccountanddonotinputtheiractivitiesintotheWEMSdigitalactivitylog.•OfficerTrainingRequirements:StartingMarch31,2021,WTSCwillbegintoenforcethetrainingrequirementsofparticipatingofficers.AnyofficerparticipatingofficermustdocumentinWEMSthattheyhavecurrentqualificationsforBACandSFST.•PeriodofPerformance:Allworkmustbecompleted,andgoodsandservicesmustbereceived.duringtheperiodofperformanceontheIAA.Page1of2
