Have staff that reflect the demographic <br />makeup of the jurisdiction and who can <br />provide culturally and linguistically <br />competent and responsive services. In <br />addition, or alternatively, enter into an <br />agreement(s) with Tribal, community- <br />based and/or culturally-specific <br />organizations to provide such services. <br />DOH centralized investigations will count <br />towards this minimum. <br />3. Ensure all contact tracing staff are trained <br />in accordance with DOH investigative <br />guidelines and data entry protocols. <br />4. Coordinate with Tribal partners in <br />conducting contact tracing for Tribal <br />members. <br />5. Follow up with 90% of contacts within two <br />(2) days of positive lab reporting. This can <br />be modified and adapted based on <br />caseloads and current case investigation <br />and contact tracing prioritization <br />recommendations. <br />6. Ensure contact tracing and case <br />investigations activities meet DOH case <br />and Contact Tracing Metrics. (Metrics to <br />be determined collaboratively by DOH, <br />LHJs and Tribes.) Work with DOH to <br />develop a corrective action plan if unable <br />to meet metrics.
