EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor will supply the following: Full, east -facing wall replacement of the <br />second Posse Barn as shown in the engineering specifications below. This will include <br />using a 7/16t" CDX plywood sheathing and adding an outer layer of 26 -gauge metal <br />siding. Contractor estimates to begin project mid-March to beginning of April and agrees <br />to complete the project by June 30, 2020. <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director.
