through the County's 'Over -the -Counter" Program, and without such approval this <br />Agreement is null and void. The County agrees to prepare the necessary documentation <br />for Ecology and WTWG review and approval, and NGR agrees to cooperate with the <br />County in seeking and obtaining Ecology and WTWG review and approval. <br />12. Assignment. NGR may assign its interest in this Agreement to another person or entity by <br />providing written notice to the County. NGR shall not assign its interest in this Agreement <br />to another entity without assigning the NGR Water Right to the same person or entity. <br />13. Notices.
