Tourism-Related, Small-Scale Municipality-Owned Capital Project Narrative <br />1. Conditio ns <br />'fhe City plans to purchase five trail counters to collect data al our parks and trails within our <br />four-season recreational tourism conrmunity. The Cily does not currcntly olvn a mechanism <br />to count or track park and trail users. Thesc trail counters wili assist in planning for funding <br />allocation, maintenance operations, and rvillprovide data to assist with fufure event and <br />projcct lodging tax applications and after-the-fact JLARC reporting.
