Gallons may be estimated <br />according to any process that <br />reasonably approximates actual <br />volume. lf requested by PaintCare, <br />Service Provider must provide a <br />detailed explanation of its estimation <br />process. lnvoices for Direct Reuse must <br />separately break out the number of <br />gallons of latex PaintCare Products <br />versus oil-based PaintCare Products. <br />$N/A per gallon <br />Bulked Paint <br />Rate (Latex) <br />PaintCare agrees to pay to the Service <br />Provider for every S5-gallon drum of <br />Bulked latex paint that is picked up by a <br />Hauler. Rate includes drum cost. <br />$N/A per Bulked <br />55-gallon <br />drum <br />Bulked Paint <br />Rate (Oil- <br />based) <br />PaintCare agrees to pay to the Service <br />Provider for every S5-gallon drum of <br />Bulked oil-based paint that is picked up <br />by Hauler. Rate includes drum cost. <br />$N/A per Bulked <br />55-gallon <br />drum <br />Paint <br />Reprocessing <br />Rate (Latex) <br />PaintCare agrees to pay to the Service <br />Provider for each gallon of Reprocessed <br />latex paint produced from PaintCare <br />Products that is actually taken by a <br />public consumer, whether sold or given <br />awav without charqe. <br />$N/A per gallon <br />B-1
