Submittals shall include four (4) copies of your proposal for service. The response shall be limited to a maximum of ten pages single sided, 12-point font, to ensure a timely and fair review process. The ten-page limit will include any graphics or supplemental material less any cover/transmittal letter. For your records, the County will provide a confirmation email to the contacts provided in the submittal confirming receipt of your interest in the proposal. Submittals received after April 23,2021will be disregarded. The County reserves the right to reject one or more submittals SELECTION PROCESS AND PROPOSED SCHEDULE: Kiftitas County's selection will be based on the review and ranking of qualifications submitted. The submittals will be evaluated by a Public Works review committee. Public Works anticipates making awards for service by May 19,2021. Kittitas County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (785tat.252,42 U.S.C. $$ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises and airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The above noted schedule is tentative and may be changed based on the number of proposals submitted. Proposals will be evaluated immediately with final selection targeted for mid May 2021. AGREEMENT OF SERVICES: The selected contractor(s) will be expected to enter into a standard Professional Services Agreement with the County. Insurance requirements are included in that agreement. The contract period shall be 0612021 through 1212023. WAGE RATES: Current Washington State Prevailing Wages shall apply. Washington State L & I Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage, Affidavit of Wages Paid, and Certified Payroll Reports are required for payment.
