NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington hereby adopts and ratifies the recommendations <br />of the Records Management Committee and directs as follows: That the basic Records <br />Management and Public Records Act training shall be set at 1:30 PM on the Tuesday of the last <br />full week each February and the second full week each November, and that attendance at one of <br />these sessions is mandatory for all new employees and those needing their biennial refresher; that <br />the advanced training for Public Records Officers, Records Officers, Department Heads and <br />Elected Officials shall be held annually at 1:30 PM on the Wednesday of the first and third full <br />weeks of October, and that attendance at one of these sessions annually is mandatory for all <br />Public Records Officers, Records Officers, Department Heads and Elected Officials; and that all <br />the departments of Kittitas County shall comply and cooperate to the greatest extent possible as <br />needed to facilitate these directions. <br />ADOPTED this - 1 (9- day of AWLY— 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />❑ Clerk o the Board - Juli � Cjorsvik <br />puty Clerk II - Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Douglas R.
