Chairman Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The Agenda Study Session had been cancelled for Monday April 5, 2021, <br />and due to a lack of quorum on Tuesday April 6, 2021 the Agenda Session <br />had been continued to Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and <br />therefore the Board would be reviewing all items individually prior to <br />making any motions. At the conclusion of reviewing each item <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve the Agenda, as amended, noting <br />Consent Item T had been moved to Board Discussion & Decision.
