In emergency cases or special circumstances, that deadline may <br />be amended. <br />. Affidavits are provided with all notices. <br />Advantages of choosing the Daily Record for legal notices include: <br />' The above rates are flat with last year's rates and are 460/o lower than our published <br />legal advertising rates of $12.75 extended to all general legal notice advertisers as noted <br />on our published rate card. <br />' The Daily Record newspaper has the highest reach and circulation of newspapers in <br />Kittitas County.
