Ruby Street Suite 1 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />3/24/2021 <br />Since purchasing our home in 2007, at 6280 Badger Pocket Road in Ellensburg, we have had the <br />outer perimeter of our property leased out to a local farmer who grew hay on the neighboring <br />property. Recently, the land sold and was short platted into 6, 5 -acre parcels therefore cutting <br />our existing water source access to our property. Installing a pipe in the ditch that will come <br />under the new road that had been installed south or our property will allow us to gain access <br />and usage of irrigation water to our property. <br />Thank you <br />Matt and Jessica Webb <br />
