Each Committee member will be entitled to one (1) vote on all issues presented at meetings at <br />which the member is present. Simple majority vote is the primary decision—making method. The <br />committee's goal for a primary decision—making method is consensus. Majority is defined as a <br />simple majority of the appointed committee members. <br />Article 6 — Capital Facility Plan: <br />The Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee shall each year <br />recommend an annual and 6six-year Capital Facility Plan to the Board of County <br />Commissioners. This Capital Facility Plan will be developed utilizing project evaluation criteria. <br />Ranked projects that are reviewed and adopted each year by the Committee. :em=bers. <br />Article 6-7 — Amendment to Bylaws: <br />The Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee shall periodically review <br />the bylaws and may propose amendments to the bylaws. Any recommendations agreed upon by <br />thesimple majority of the members shall be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners <br />for approval. <br />Article 7-8 — Adoption: <br />Bylaws are in full force and effect when adopted and approved by the Kittitas County Flood <br />Control Zone District Advisory Committee and the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Article 8-9 — Bylaws Review: <br />Bylaws shall be reviewed annually by the Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory <br />Committee and the Board of County Commissioners. <br />*The foregoing Bylaws of the Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee <br />approved and adopted this 26' day of September and approved and adopted by the Board of <br />County Commissioners this 26`h day of November, 2018. <br />
