3/22/2021 MINUTES 2 <br />Vice-Chair Osiadacz moved to remove this item from the agenda and to <br />place it on for the April 5th, 2021 Office Admin. agenda. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. The assignments for 2021 were <br />determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting <br />on 1-11-2021. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Facebook posts for the week were discussed. The posts this week <br />will be a Press Release from CDS, the letter to Governor Inslee and <br />OSPI, and the third will be left open for any urgent updates <br />throughout the week. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Osiadacz stated she would like to work on bringing back <br />the Community Forum. She had a moderator that was willing to host <br />the event. Commissioner Wright agreed.
