MARCH 18, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Lisa Young, Human <br />Resource Director; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Ken Grannan, Airport Operations Director and two <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING AIRPORT DIRECTOR BRIEFING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to meet with <br />the Director of Airport Operations. <br /> <br />JOB DESCRIPTIONS ADMIN ASST./OPERATIONS TECH COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Ken Grannan, Airport Operations Director presented two job descriptions, <br />an org chart and pay scales for the Board to consider. He explained that <br />one is modified from what was the former Operations Manager position now <br />to be called an Airport Operations Technician and then a new position <br />for the office an Administrative Assistant. He stated that the <br />Administrative Assistant would be an 80% FTE but that he would like to <br />revisit it in one to two years and possibly make the position full-time <br />if it’s needed. <br /> <br />The Board had brief discussion on budget impacts and funding options. <br /> <br />The Board approved the requests as presented for both positions. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:31 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board recessed into <br />Executive Session for 5 minutes, with Ken Grannan, Lisa Young, & Chris <br />Horner to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters <br />relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the <br />agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity <br />is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
