FURTHER, at any point of a vacancy, the Board of Commissioners shall advertise for the <br />appointment to the Kittitas County Homelessness and Affordable Housing Committee <br />and shall thereafter timely make appointments. PROVIDED, however, that no member <br />may serve on this committee who is associated or otherwise affiliated with any <br />organization or group directly served or is a recipient of these funds. <br />FURTHER, the initial function of the Kittitas County Homelessness and Affordable <br />Housing Committee is to update and provide recommendations related to the Kittitas <br />County 10-Year Plan to Reduce Homelessness. Thereafter, and not less than annually, <br />the Kittitas County Homelessness and Affordable Housing Committee shall make <br />recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for expenditure of the "2060" <br />funds (which is established as County Fund #112) and the "2163" funds (which is <br />established as County Fund 114).
